What do you call it when somebody tries to fix your disability? Somebody who isn't your doctor or nurse, but whose friend, uncle etc was 'just like you' and whose disability was cured by meditation, exercise, positive thinking etc ( Read more... )

Those of us who've been diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS), and who live in the UK, are asked to contribute to the MS Society's campaign in favour of our disability benefits. Here's the survey.

Here in Britain, George Osborne (Chancellor of the Exchequer) has announced his Budget for the year ahead. It's the first Budget since his party, the Conservatives (Tories) took power without a coalition partner.
